Education along the spectrum from wellness and work-life balance, through to substance use disorders, addiction, and mental health issues/concerns in the health professions is essential not only to encourage healthy protective behaviours and prevent problems, but also to encourage early identification of those health professionals who are experiencing distress and illness. 

There are a variety of ways to provide educational opportunities and the PHP staff present to a growing number and variety of audiences at academic centres, community hospitals, educational events, and conferences throughout Ontario and North America.
