Dr Kaufmann gave two presentations on : “Ain’t Misbehavin’ – The Nature and Impact of Disruptive Behaviour in Physicians” and “Send ‘em to Anger Management Classes” – The Management of disruptive physician behaviour in the workplace, The Ontario Experience”.
